Preparation before ceremony

Preparation is an essential part of the Ayahuasca journey. Before attending, participants are guided through intention setting, lifestyle recommendations, emotional readiness and practical guidance for entering ceremony with respect and clarity. Read the full Ayahuasca dieta & preparation guide.

Screening is also important. Ayahuasca is not suitable for everyone, especially people with certain medical conditions, psychiatric histories or medications. Every participant completes the confidential participation form, and honest communication comes first.

What happens during an Ayahuasca ceremony?

Each ceremony is held in a carefully prepared space with a strong focus on safety, grounding and spiritual respect. Jayesh supports the journey through presence, prayer, sound, rhythm, medicine music, chanting, drumming and intuitive guidance. The intention is to help participants move through deep inner work, emotional release, insight, healing and reconnection with their true self.

Integration after Ayahuasca

The ceremony is only one part of the healing process. Integration helps participants understand and apply the insights received during ceremony, so the experience becomes grounded, meaningful and useful in daily life. Read the integration guide.
