About Me
After the sudden and profound loss of my beloved brother, Minesh, I embarked on a transformative journey of healing and spiritual awakening. The weight of my grief was immense, and in the depths of that sorrow I felt an undeniable longing to seek a deeper understanding of life, the soul, and the mysteries beyond our physical existence. This search for meaning and solace led me to the sacred call of Mother Ayahuasca and the ancient wisdom of shamanic traditions, while also deepening my connection to my own roots in Hinduism and other time-honored spiritual paths.
As I immersed myself in these teachings, particularly through work with Ayahuasca and other plant medicines, I began experiencing profound connections with the spirit world, my brother’s soul, ancestral spirits, spirit guides, and the divine. During these moments of deep communion I received many gifts, but the most significant was the gift of song and voice. This sacred gift, together with the tools and knowledge to support healing and awakening of the collective, became a central part of my journey.
Over time it became clear that my path was not only about my own healing, but about service to something greater. Through my relationship with the medicine and the spiritual guidance I have received, I came to understand that I was being called to help others heal, awaken, and reconnect with their true essence and the sacred nature of life.
In honor of my brother and the bond we shared, I adopted our childhood nickname, MINJAY, a combination of Minesh and Jayesh. This name serves as a living tribute to him and continues to ground me in the deeper purpose of this work.
Empowered by these experiences, I dedicated my life to facilitating healing ceremonies and sharing the wisdom I continue to receive. My approach integrates plant medicine with the creation of a strong and safe ceremonial space, supported by live medicine music and elements drawn from various ancient traditions. Through melodies, rhythms, drumming, Sanskrit mantras, icaros, and a range of instruments and sacred sounds, I create a harmonic field that supports participants on their healing journeys.
Within this space, the combination of plant medicine and music becomes a powerful catalyst for transformation. It allows individuals to release energetic blockages, process past trauma, expand consciousness, rediscover their higher nature, and reconnect with their life’s deeper purpose.
Over the years I have had the privilege of working with many individuals and groups, refining my facilitation alongside respected healers and spiritual teachers. The ceremonies I hold are often described as deeply authentic and impactful, with many participants experiencing gentle yet profound inner shifts.
Through this journey, my path has also brought me into a deep and ongoing relationship with indigenous wisdom keepers of the Amazon, particularly elders and practitioners from the Shipibo tradition of Peru.
While my work is deeply informed by these traditions and the ethical foundations they carry, my path is not about claiming a lineage or attempting to replicate a cultural form. Traditions are living sources of wisdom rather than rigid systems that can simply be copied or inherited by title. The true responsibility is to understand their principles, honor their origins, and carry the work with integrity and humility.
Over time, through direct experience with the medicines, my spiritual practice, and the guidance I have received, my own way of holding ceremony has naturally developed. This approach honors the traditions that have safeguarded these medicines while allowing the work to emerge authentically through my own relationship with spirit, service, and the medicine itself.
At the heart of my path is also a deep and personal relationship with Mother Ayahuasca. Through many years of devoted work with the medicine she has become one of my greatest teachers and guides, revealing songs, insights, and teachings that continue to shape the way I hold ceremony and serve others.
As a lifelong student of spirit, I remain committed to continually deepening my understanding. I seek wisdom from teachers and mentors around the world and allow my practice to evolve with experience.
